Summary
This development consists of three (3) new commercial retail buildings on the Royal Centre Aster site located in southeast Edmonton. Building 1 will be a 10,500 sq.ft. CRU general retail building with a daycare yard. Building 2 will be a 2-storey retail/professional building, the main floor will be 15,750 sq.ft. and the 2nd floor will be 10,300 sf with over 4,000 sq.ft. of outdoor patios. Building C will be a shell building for a 4,400 sq.ft. gas station convenience store.
