This development consists of 2 commercial buildings as noted below:

Building 1 will be 5 stories (138,240 sq.ft. +/-), with one level of underground parking (23,040 sq.ft. +/-). The main floor will be approximately 23,040 sq.ft. +/- and is to consist of commercial retail units and a child care service, with an outdoor playground. The 4 stories above will be consist of senior living (approximately 20 units per floor).

Building 5 will be a single storey commercial retail building (2,720 sq.ft. +/-) and will service 4 potential commercial retail units.

Red Valley Enterprises engaged Krahn Group to design and consult on the development of the commercial property located in West Abbotsford. Located in the developing Mt. Lehman District, Mt. Lehman Crossing is located on a high visibility commercial property along Hwy #1.

Anchored by major tenants including Shoppers Drug Mart, TD Bank, Scotiabank, Starbucks, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, the first phase of this development is completed. Phase 2 is currently under construction.

The Erin Ridge Plaza consists of nine (9) multi-tenant commercial buildings located on a 5.34 acre site in St. Albert, AB.

This new retail development consists of seven (7) new, multi-tenant commercial buildings on a 4.66 acre lot.

This development consists of three (3) new commercial retail buildings on the Royal Centre Aster site located in southeast Edmonton. Building 1 will be a 10,500 sq.ft. CRU general retail building with a daycare yard. Building 2 will be a 2-storey retail/professional building, the main floor will be 15,750 sq.ft. and the 2nd floor will be 10,300 sf with over 4,000 sq.ft. of outdoor patios. Building C will be a shell building for a 4,400 sq.ft. gas station convenience store.

This development consists of five (5) commercial retail buildings.

Southtrail Plaza provides 60,000 sq.ft. of commercial space to support the local community. This commercial development comprises of three buildings on 3.5 acres.

In addition to the design of the project, Krahn also provided the Tendering and Contract Management for the project.

Chappelle Square provides 68,000 sq.ft. of commercial space to support the local community. This commercial development comprises of five buildings on a 3.5 acre site in Edmonton, AB.

This project consists of two concrete tilt-up multi-tenant commercial buildings. Building 1 is approx. 40,000 sq.ft. and Building 2 is approx. 30,000 sq.ft.

This new retail building consists of 16,000 sq.ft. of multi-tenant commercial space.
