Krahn Group was hired by Metro Aluminum to design their new facility in Rocky View County, AB. This building consists of 57,000 sq.ft. of warehouse area and 2,000 sq.ft. of office area.

Lustre Products is a 62,000 sq.ft. manufacturing/office facility that specializes in manufacturing elevator parts and accessories. The exterior façade of the office delivers the flagship characteristics for the building, utilizing curtain wall system installed at a 75-degree angle. The interior of the office is furnished with numerous high-end features such as:

• Glass office partitions
• Frame less glass sliding office doors
• Porcelain tile & concrete feature walls
• Architectural steel/glass stairs
• Polished concrete floors
• Unique ceiling design complemented with designer light fixtures
• Exterior glazing that maximizes glare and solar heat gaine reesistance

The building was constructed using insulated concrete tilt-up wall panels and won the Tilt-Up Achievement Award in 2019.

Krahn Group was hired by Pitt Meadows Plumbing to design their new warehouse and office building in Maple Ridge, BC. The main floor consists of an approx. 11,000 sq.ft. of warehouse area and the 2nd floor consists of approx. 3,500 sq.ft. of office area.

Krahn Group was hired to provide design and engineering services for this packaging warehouse in the Mt. Lehman area.

Krahn Group was hired to provide design and engineering services for this three building multi-tenant industrial development located in the Mt. Lehman area. The buildings were constructed using uninsulated concrete tilt-up panels.

The Krahn Group was hired to provide the structural engineering services on several industrial projects located in the Riverbend Business Park in Burnaby, BC.

• Riverbend Building 1: One-storey concrete tilt-up, approx. 152,000 sq.ft.
• Riverbend Building 2: One-storey concrete tilt-up, approx. 119,000 sq.ft.
• Riverbend Builidng 4: One-storey concrete tilt-up, approx. 208,000 sq.ft.

Krahn Group was hired to provide full design and consulting services for this new tilt-up warehouse and showroom facility for Julian Tile in Edmonton, AB.

The project consists of a light industrial indoor recreational service center located in St. Albert, Campbell Business Park North. The building is comprised of approximately 47,984 sq.ft. of recreation space, 5,000 sq.ft. of office space and 1,650 sq.ft. of mezzanine area.

Krahn Group was hired to provide design and engineering services for this 75,000 sq.ft. industrial warehouse building with an approximate two-storey, 10,000 sq.ft. (5,000 sq.ft. per floor) office area.

This 90,00 sq.ft. facility contains 10,000 sq.ft. of office space over 2 floors with the balance of space containing warehouse, vehicle and equipment maintenance areas.
