The Elements at Casa Grande is a new residential development proposed on an approximate 20 gross acre vacant property located within the City of Casa Grande in Arizona. The development will consist of approximately 238 professionally managed, single family residential BTR (build to rent) semi-detached units in a gated community with one and two-storey rental homes designed in a cluster configuration on a single 20 acre lot. The proposed development will incorporate various lifestyle amenities and a lush landscape and open space plan that will offer the BTR rental community an additional housing option to support the growing population within the City of Casa Grande.

The Magnetic Hill Duplex project consists of 290 duplex units located between Whitfield Trites Road and Prom Ensley Drive in Moncton, NB.

The Abby Crescent Townhouse development consists of 9 thoughƞully designed townhomes.

This townhouse development consists of 16, three-storey units located in Coquitlam, BC.

Krahn Group was hired by Habitat for Humanity to design this 19 unit low-income townhouse development in Mission, BC. These homes are centrally located on 32588 Cedar Valley Connector which is close to three schools and accessible to public transit.

South on 16th Premium is a limited collection of only 22 townhomes situated between Grandview Heights and White Rock. All units have double side by side garage and are all approx. 1,500 sq.ft.
