Borden Park is a new 5-storey Senios Living rental condominium that features 58 units and one level of underground parking. There will be an amenity space including workout, theatre, crafts & woodworking area.

This new project includes a 90 unit, 6-level wood frame seniors apartment building with 2 levels of underground parking.

Three Robins at Riverside is a 5 storey mixed-use residential building with one level of underground parking. The main floor will consist of commercial retail units and a child care center, with an outdoor playground, and 4 levels of wood framed senior living (approximately 20 units per floor) above.

Grande Banks is a new Seniors rental condominium that features 4 floors with 101 units. There will be an amenity space including workout, theatre, crafts & woodworking area.

This project consists of a 6-storey seniors housing facility with a total of 98 units. We are proud to be working with New Vista Society and BC Housing to bring much needed affordable rental housing to seniors in Maple Ridge, BC.

This project consists of a 6-storey independent living facility with a total of 60 units. There will be open air parking on the main level with 5 wood frame residential storeys over top of a suspended slab.

This project consists of a 6-storey apartment building with a total of 169 units, constructed on top of a two-level underground parking garage.

Cranbrook Suites is a new five-storey residential development in Cranbrook, BC, designed to bring modern, efficient living to the community. The project features 49 residential units across 40,085 sq.ft., offering a mix of comfortable layouts for a growing local population.

This new development consists of a 6-storey wood frame Supportive Living Apartment to have a total of 88 units. There will also be approximately 10,000 sq.ft. of commercial space on the main floor and one level of underground parking.

Silverado is a Senior Care Facility located on a 1.48-hectare site which was developed in 2 phases. Phase 1 consists of a 4 storey building with an area of 85,751 sq.ft. and 129 units.
