The Stony Plain Active Adult Community project consists of an 83 unit, seven-storey structural steel and concrete apartment style building. The main floor is home to the new library for the Town of Stony Plain, as well as retail space. The 2nd – 6th floors consists of amenity space for the residents. There is also a single- storey underground parking structure.

An 88-unit, six-storey apartment building, this building includes 1 level of underground parking with a heated lamp, a multi-purpose room, kitchen, cafe, lobby, lounges, guest laundry, a workshop and public washrooms.

Points West Living is a Phase 1 of 3-phase project. 6-storey, 120-unit seniors living facility with amenity spaces and a 57-stall single level underground parkade.
