The 104,000 sq.ft. concrete tilt-up facility situated on 7 acres comes equipped with custom racking options and a two-level office space. A statement staircase in the lobby and numerous details throughout the building were installed to showcase the clients products.

The Krahn Group was hired by Clutch Contracting to design this new multi- tenant concrete tilt-up industrial building on the corner of Hume Road and Brown Street in the popular Tilbury Industrial area of Delta, BC. This building features 7 grade loading doors, 24’ clear ceiling height, and LED lighting.

Designed to meet LEED Silver standards and local design guidelines, this cross dock distribution centre is a feature in its neighborhood. Krahn Group provided consulting services to ensure this project was cost effective, on budget and on time.
