This project consists of a 6-storey seniors housing facility with a total of 98 units. We are proud to be working with New Vista Society and BC Housing to bring much needed affordable rental housing to seniors in Maple Ridge, BC.
The Ridge is Devon’s first condominium development. It is a 4-storey, wood frame building consisting of 32 units with one level of underground parking.
The Crossing is a 187 unit mixed-use residential/commercial development which includes 3, four-storey buildings with commercial on the main floor and residential above.
Arthur Condos is a three-storey, 15 unit condominium building with underground parking.
Lake Hill Villas is a four-storey mixed-use residential/commercial development located in Harrison Hot Springs, BC.
Osprey Landing is a three-storey, 48 unit condominium building with underground parking.
The Water’s Edge Condos is a 64 unit, five-storey wood frame apartment building on one level of concrete underground parking with 106 stalls. The concrete suspended slab includes a raised outdoor terrace with a pool and hot tub.
Gill Estates apartment complex consists of 2, four-storey wood frame apartment buildings with a total of 213 units. The larger apartment building (115 units) is to be on slab-on-grade, and the smaller apartment building (98 units) is constructed over an underground parkade for approximately 98 cars.
