Located at Sherwood Drive and Lakeland Drive in Sherwood Park, Aspen Plaza provides 96,000 sq. ft. of commercial space to support the local community. This commercial development comprises of nine buildings on 4.26 acres. Designed to promote pedestrian connectivity and interaction the resulting plaza will promote community gathering while providing retail experiences.
Located in the developing Mt. Lehman District, Mt. Lehman Crossing is located on a high visibility commercial property along Hwy #1.
Anchored by major tenants including Shoppers Drug Mart, TD Bank, Scotiabank, Starbucks, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, the first phase of this development is completed. Phase 2 is currently under construction.

Go RV was a Design / Build project with OML Construction. The project figures prominently along 13120 Yellowhead Highway near St. Albert Trail.
The project is an expansion and renovation of the existing facility that featured a number of new service bays and a renovation and upgrade to the building façade that included for expansive curtainwall glazing to feature the vehicles in the Showroom. The large fin with orange trim figures prominently along the Yellowhead Highway and also locates the main entrance to the showroom.
We designed this four storey, 65,000 sq.ft. recreation vehicle dealership consisting of a showroom with significant glazing areas opening onto a major collector street in Abbotsford, BC. This project utilizes several key construction technologies including precast and CIP concrete, steel framing as well as mass timber structural elements. The project includes wash bays, multiple service bays, office spaces, and customer amenity areas. It is currently nearing completion and occupancy.
The exterior design was driven from the owner wanting the building to emulate an ice cube and be a reflectance of the operational interior.
