13120 Yellowhead Trail NW, Edmonton, AB

Go RV was a Design / Build project with OML Construction. The project figures prominently along 13120 Yellowhead Highway near St. Albert Trail.

The project is an expansion and renovation of the existing facility that featured a number of new service bays and a renovation and upgrade to the building façade that included for expansive curtainwall glazing to feature the vehicles in the Showroom. The large fin with orange trim figures prominently along the Yellowhead Highway and also locates the main entrance to the showroom. The total area of the existing building and expansion area was 33,380 sq.ft. that includes for the Detail Shop and the Mezzanine. Of significance with this project was the number of parking stalls that were required. Whereas the total number of stalls required to comply with the Zoning By-Law, there were 1,533 parking stalls provided.

Krahn Group designed this four storey, 65,000 sq.ft. recreation vehicle dealership consisting of a showroom with significant glazing areas opening onto a major collector street in Abbotsford, BC. This project utilizes several key construction technologies including precast and CIP concrete, steel framing as well as mass timber structural elements. The project includes wash bays, multiple service bays, office spaces, and customer amenity areas. It is currently nearing completion and occupancy. This project is being delivered via the Design/Build methodology. The Krahn Group of Companies has provided all integrated design disciplines on this project.

The Krahn Group was hired by Ferrari Maserati of Vancouver to provide interior renovations to an existing tilt panel building at the Richmond Auto Mall.

The interior space/car showroom area is approximately 3,200 sq.ft. with an additional approximately 800 sq.ft. of pre-owned vehicle sales area. The showroom will be designed per Maserati corporate standards with possible minor deviations as required.
