Located in the Campbell Heights Business Park, the Loblaw Warehouse is a 410,000 sq.ft. perishable distribution centre.

Designed to meet LEED Silver standards and local design guidelines, this cross dock distribution centre is a feature in its neighborhood. Krahn Group provided consulting services to ensure this project was cost effective, on budget and on time.

This new concrete tilt-up production facility for Starline Windows located in the Campbell Heights Business Park will consolidate production that is currently spread over several facilities.

Working with Starline, the Krahn Group provided a full scope of consulting services to facilitate a cost effective design and construction schedule.

Krahn provided the structural design for two, single-storey industrial warehouse buildings in Scarborough, ON. The warehouses are constructed out of structural steel with non-load bearing concrete precast walls.

The Krahn Group was hired by Spire Construction to design this two-storey concrete tilt-up strata warehouse building on 32nd Avenue in Surrey, BC.

Bridgeview is a brand-new 109,820 sq.ft. state-of-the-art concrete tilt-up industrial building, situated on a high exposure corner lot in the heart of Metro Vancouver. This development is located in the Bridgeview industrial area of North Surrey and offers excellent exposure along King George Boulevard and Bridgeview Drive.

Pacific Corporate Centre is a 19 acre site in Surrey’s Campbell Heights. The development consists of two light industrial tilt-up buildings totaling 458,000 sq.ft. of space.

The Xchange Business Park is a 140-acre industrial district located at the Mt. Lehman Road and Highway 1 Interchange in Abbotsford, BC. This proposed industrial development will include 8 buildings in Phase 1 and 3 buildings in Phase 2.

The Sunmark Business Centre is strategically situated in the heart of Campbell Heights’ new industrial centre encompassing 178,591 sq.ft. of state-of-the-art space. There will be a total of 4 concrete tilt-up buildings consisting of office, mezzanine and shop/warehouse area.

Parksville Industrial is a new multi-tenant industrial/commercial building located in the city of Parksville’s industrial park.
