The Stony Plain Active Adult Community project consists of an 83 unit, seven-storey structural steel and concrete apartment style building. The main floor is home to the new library for the Town of Stony Plain, as well as retail space. The 2nd – 6th floors consists of amenity space for the residents. There is also a single- storey underground parking structure.

The building consists of three storey concrete tilt-up construction and includes special concrete panel and glazing features. The building boasts secured underground parking, bike storage, electric vehicle charging stations and a world-class security system.
