Located in Sherwood Parks quickly developing Buckingham Business Park, the Buckingham project will prove to become a landmark multi-tenant building with strong architectural wood features.
Located in North Vancouver along the northern shore of the Vancouver Harbour is the new corporate office for Canexus. Canexus had the need to consolidate administation and office functions which were spread over several locations into a single consolidated office building.
Working with Canexus, the completed building met all the current operational requirements while allowing room for projected future expansion.
Located in the Campbell Heights Business Park Phase II, Jacob Bros. Construction looked to Krahn Group to design their new Office + Maintenance Facility.
The client desired to build a modern facility and the resulting design is minimalist accenting the three primary building materials, concrete, glass and wood. These materials are the focal feature within the exterior facade as well as continued accent within the interior office spaces.

Located on 91st SW, adjacent to the major arterial Anthony Henday Drive in Edmonton, Ellwood Corner anchors the entrance to the Summerside area. Containing 66,000 sq.ft. of commercial and office space, Ellwood Corner proves to be a feature building in the area.
Attractive steel and concrete construction create a high end commercial and retail space. Two-storey lobby with full height curtain wall glazing welcomes tenants and patrons.
Using flat tilt panel construction, the front facade was designed to push the boundary of tilt construction, and create a sweeping curved streetscape.
Located on the major arterial Fraser Highway near Aldergrove, the Station Road development project added a two-storey commercial building and car wash to an existing gas station site. Designed to maximize exposure on this high traffic site the resulting building provides a contemporary design to the neighborhood.
Anchored by Shell Canada and Starbucks, this commercial site has a resulting high traffic use.
Krahn Group was hired by Pitt Meadows Plumbing to design their new warehouse and office building in Maple Ridge, BC. The main floor consists of an approx. 11,000 sq.ft. of warehouse area and the 2nd floor consists of approx. 3,500 sq.ft. of office area.
