The Stony Plain Active Adult Community project consists of an 83 unit, seven-storey structural steel and concrete apartment style building. The main floor is home to the new library for the Town of Stony Plain, as well as retail space. The 2nd – 6th floors consists of amenity space for the residents. There is also a single- storey underground parking structure.
Krahn Group provided design services for this process grading facility for Golden Valley Foods Ltd. Located in the Mt. Lehman area, this facility contains office, processing and warehouse storage areas.
This project consists of 23 modern townhouse units located in West Abbotsford, BC.
South on 16th Premium is a limited collection of only 22 townhomes situated between Grandview Heights and White Rock. All units have double side by side garage and are all approx. 1,500 sq.ft.

The Krahn Group was hired by Spire Construction to design this two-storey concrete tilt-up strata warehouse building on 32nd Avenue in Surrey, BC.
Krahn Group designed this four storey, 65,000 sq.ft. recreation vehicle dealership consisting of a showroom with significant glazing areas opening onto a major collector street in Abbotsford, BC. This project utilizes several key construction technologies including precast and CIP concrete, steel framing as well as mass timber structural elements. The project includes wash bays, multiple service bays, office spaces, and customer amenity areas. It is currently nearing completion and occupancy. This project is being delivered via the Design/Build methodology. The Krahn Group of Companies has provided all integrated design disciplines on this project.
Krahn Group was hired by Wesgroup Properties to provide design and engineering services for this two building multi-tenant concrete tilt-up industrial development on a 8.5 acre site located just north of the Hwy #1 and Mt. Lehman interchange. The site offers high exposure to the Mt. Lehman area for industrial users.
This 90,00 sq.ft. facility contains 10,000 sq.ft. of office space over 2 floors with the balance of space containing warehouse, vehicle and equipment maintenance areas.
